Is niqab (complete covering of a woman in public, except for the eyes) obligatory?
For a peaceful society free of corruption, women and men should dress appropriately and not intermingle freely. It is in women's interest to cover themselves and stay safe from the dirty element of society. Niqab is not obligatory but preferable.
