A group of 7500 trained women in Kurdistan/Syria have left their households and responsibilities to fight against DA’ESH. Considering their religious and cultural background, their own people view them as extremist. Despite the threats endangering these women, they are fighting against the cruelty and brutality of male dominancy set by DA’ESH which prohibits them from working. They are threatened by death if they refuse to adhere to DA’ESH’s ideology. These women put their lives at risk by holding arms and fighting on the battlefield.
